This online refractometer can continuously measure concentration of sugar content or brix. The CM-780N is ideal for controlling the mixing or concentration processing at food & beverage manufacturing plants and can also be used to monitor the concentration of water-based or alkali-based detergent. With Automatic Temperature Compensation feature, depending on the sample liquid, the concentration is always displayed at the standard 20°C even if the temperature of the sample liquid changes. Sample inlet units are available (optional): it measures Brix or concentration of the liquid flowing through a pipe at temperatures up to 100°C. Clean-in-process (CIP) up to 130°C.
