Aspure Electrostatic Meter

This ion balance/electrostatic instrument measures ion balance of -199 to 199V and electrification of -19.9 to 19.9kV with 10% accuracy and 20-40mm measuring distance, automatically rectified; aided with LED flashing and buzzer.
